  • Provide clear and detailed product information.

  • Recommend compatible devices to enhance customer experience.

  • Guide customers through initial setup with ease.

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting products step by step.

  • Document every interaction thoroughly.

  • Escalate issues to higher departments when necessary.

  • Deliver timely and accurate support with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and they’re satisfied with the outcome.

What we need:

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.

  • Basic knowledge in Windows, Mac OS, iOS and  Android 

  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication.
